Action Plan

I am seeking a General Management position with a multiple dealership organization. I am looking for three elements that will contribute to a lasting relationship.

Challenge – All sales and service efforts have challenges in today’s marketplace. Exactly what I am looking for.

Strategy – Deploy a strategy born out of a “team consensus”. Based on action and discipline rather than conversation…meeting the challenge head-on.

Reward – Monetary reward…Yes, however a constant sense of accomplishment is equally rewarding.

Most opportunities can be broken down into three parts: a challenge, a strategy, and a reward. Yet when we approach a challenge in a work context, we normally think of it as “work” rather than “fun.” Hence…Selling and Servicing Cars for Fun & Profit!
